Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Booking accommodation online through The Flinders Range Motor Inn

 

  1. Confirmation of bookings made requires payment to be made at the time of booking.

  2. All room tariffs are calculated on the selected room rate and DO NOT include charges for extra persons or cot hire.

  3. For cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the day of arrival an administration fee of A$20.00 shall apply. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the day of arrival no refund of any payment shall be made.
    Please Note: During Holidays, Peak Periods & Special events, The Flinders Range Motor Inn “special” reservation cancellation conditions may apply.

  4. The Flinders Range Motor Inn sells motel accommodation from an inventory  and does not oversell that inventory. The Flinders Range Motor Inn does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the motel over-selling their own room inventory.

  5. The Customer shall be required to provide a valid credit card at the motel on check-in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification.

  6. The Flinders Range Motor Inn makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, The Flinders Range Motor Inn cannot and does not guarantee that the website is free from any errors, faults or omissions and reserves the right to change information published.

  7. The Flinders Range Motor Inn does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website.

  8. The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation on The Flinders Range Motor Inn website.
